General returns and exchanges
No returns are possible at all for any sale/ discounted items. Gift cards purchased cannot be returned. Refunds of returned item(s) will be via our online store credit with no expiry date. Kindly understand that we do not do cash refunds. All items are generally final sale with no returns or exchanges permitted except for extenuating circumstances, this is due to their nature of being preloved and hence some signs of wear are to be expected. We need to informed within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the item(s).
Incorrect items
We apologise for any incorrect items sent, please kindly email us (therecloedit@gmail.com) with your order number and any relevant details and photos attached for verification purpose, thank you. We need to informed within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the item(s).
How do I arrange for a return if permitted?
Upon verification and confirmation from team, you may return the item(s) via a tracked courier method of your choice

shipping cost to our warehouse is to be borne by the customer, you may choose any tracked courier method of your choice

shipping method with a tracking number is encouraged, we will not be liable for any loss of returned parcel

we will process store credit in the form of a gift card to you upon receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse if applicable
